CONDITIONS OF HIRE
- All equipment supplied on hire
is the property of Echuca Hirer hereinafter referred to as
"The Company".
- Rates - Daily Rates are based
on an 8 hour working period. Minimum hire period is half day.
Weekly Rates are for 5 day week - 40 working hours.
Saturday charged automatically unless advised previously that
the Saturday will not be worked.
- Period of Hire - We charge for
time out not time used. Hire period commences from the time
the equipment leaves our Depot until it is returned to our
Depot.
- Deliver Service - All hire
rates are ex our Hire Depot - delivery and pickup charges are
extra and will be quoted upon request.
- The hirer is responsible for
lubricating, refueling, generally maintaining the equipment and
keeping the equipment clean - a cleaning charge will be levied if
equipment is returned unreasonably dirty. Note: All fuels
used are to the Hirer's account.
- Damage to tyres is the Hirer's
responsibility.
- The onus rests with the Hirer
to ensure that hire equipment is returned to or collected by the
Company - If RETURN delivery service is required it is the hirer's
responsibility to contact the Company's Hire Controller and advise
that equipment is available for collection.
- Installation, Assembly,
Dismantling or Erection of equipment on job sites will be charged
as an extra.
- The Hirer is responsible for
theft or damage to equipment, tools and accessories whilst on
hire.
- Hire rates do not include
Detergents, Abrasives, Cutting Wheels, Grinding Wheels, Nails,
Staples, Cartridges and Pins etc. These items may be
purchased.
